What is anti-tarnish jewellery?
Anti-tarnish jewellery is fashion jewellery made with materials and/or surface finishes intended to help resist discolouration and tarnishing during normal use. The exact base metal, plating or coating can differ by design, so always refer to the individual product listing for confirmed specifications.
Is anti-tarnish jewellery the same as waterproof jewellery?
No. Anti-tarnish and waterproof are not interchangeable claims. Unless a product page specifically confirms water resistance, keep jewellery away from water, perfume, lotions and household chemicals.
How should I care for my anti-tarnish earrings?
As a careful everyday habit, put jewellery on after applying perfume, skincare and hair products. Remove it before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping unless the product’s own care instructions say otherwise. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store it separately in a dry place.
What are the two collections available?
The opening collection at Jewellery by Savi Mehra has two categories: Earrings and Complete Jewellery Sets. New designs will be added within these collections as the catalogue grows.
What are the materials and finish?
Material and finish details are product-specific. Please check the relevant product page for the confirmed base material, plating or coating, stones, dimensions and closure details. We do not describe a piece as solid gold or fine jewellery unless its specification supports that description.
How can I pay?
Online checkout is being configured with Razorpay. Once the merchant account is connected and live API keys are added, available payment methods will be shown securely at checkout. UPI availability will be confirmed in the active gateway settings.
Can I return or exchange an order?
